Deepika Padukone

Deepika Padukone is an Indian actress who is mainly seen in Hindi films. The awards she has received include three Filmfare Awards. She is among India's top-paid actors. Time magazine also named her one of the 100 most influential individuals across the world in 2018. The award also included with the TIME100 Impact Award for 2022. Padukone is the daughter of the badminton player Prakash Padukone. She was born in Bangalore and was born in Copenhagen. She was a badminton player at national tournaments in her teens, but she gave up playing to become a model. In 2006 Padukone made her debut as a actress in the Kannada film Aishwarya. Padukone was paired with Shah Rukh Khan a dual role for Om Shanti Om, her debut Bollywood film that brought her an award from the Filmfare Award as Best Female debut.
