Anna Paquin

Anna Paquin is a Canadian and New Zealand actress. She was born in Winnipeg and raised in Wellington Paquin began her acting debut as Flora McGrath in the romantic drama film The Piano for which she was awarded an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress aged 11 years old, which makes her the second youngest winner in Oscar history. Canadian-born New Zealand actor who won the Academy Award as a youngster for Best Supporting Actress for acting as the bright and interesting child of Holly Hunter's leading character in The Piano. In Steven Spielberg's Amistad in 1997 in which she played the queen of Spain in a lesser role. She played teenagers on Hurlyburly (1998), She's All That (2000) and A Walk on the Moon (2000). The actress played the role of a groupie Polexia Aphrodisa on Almost Famous (2000).
